When you're building new in Rusk, the roof is one of the most important decisions you'll make. It protects everything underneath it for the next 30-50 years. Rusk Roofing & Maintenance helps you choose the right material, designs proper ventilation, and installs it to manufacturer specifications.
Material options include architectural asphalt shingles, standing seam metal, corrugated metal, and flat membrane systems. Each has different pros, cons, and price points. We help you choose based on your budget, aesthetic preferences, the pitch of your roof, and the climate demands of TX.
Our New Roof Installation Process
Plan Review & Consultation
Meet with our Rusk project coordinator to select materials, review color options, and confirm the installation scope. We work with your GC or architect to ensure the roof spec meets the overall building design.
Material Delivery & Staging
All materials verified against your approved proposal. Color, brand, quantity, everything double-checked before install day. No substitutions without your approval.
Certified Installation
Our Rusk crew installs every layer to manufacturer specifications: underlayment, ice and water shield, drip edge, starter strip, field material, hip and ridge caps, and ventilation. Every fastener placed per the manufacturer nailing schedule.
Inspection & Warranty
Final quality check against manufacturer installation requirements. Building inspection coordinated through our Rusk office. Warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.

Why Choose Rusk Roofing & Maintenance for New Roof Installation?
Full Manufacturer Warranty
Factory-certified installation means your new roof warranty is fully backed from day one. No gaps, no exclusions from improper installation.
Code Compliance
Every installation meets IRC building code and local Rusk amendments. Proper underlayment, ice barrier, and fastener patterns documented for inspection.
Ventilation Design
We calculate intake and exhaust per IRC R806 for every new install. Balanced ventilation extends roof life and cuts energy costs. Most contractors skip this step.
Builder Coordination
We work directly with your GC on scheduling, staging, and inspections. On-time delivery and clean work that doesn't slow down the rest of the build.
